Integrated energy system
Photovoltaic building materials, not bolt-on panels.

The solar modules are developed as building components — roof or façade curtain wall — combining structural support, protection and aesthetics. Generated electricity is stored in the battery bank for stable supply day and night; peak-and-valley logic optimises consumption; the whole-house smart system shows energy use and controls lighting, air conditioning and other equipment from one app.

From factory to first night

Finished where quality is controllable. Installed where you need it.

Every unit is completed on the production line — structure, insulation, glazing, wiring, sanitary fit-out and the energy system — so site work shrinks to lifting and connecting.

  1. Step 1

    Factory-finished module

    Thick-walled hot-dip galvanized steel frame, polyurethane insulation, aluminium or wood envelope, Low-E glazing and the full interior are completed under one quality system.

  2. Step 2

    Truck or container

    Capsules and lodges travel as complete units by truck. Expansion units fold to container dimensions; packaged houses ship six to a 40 ft high-cube container.

  3. Step 3

    Hoist and connect

    On site the unit is lifted into position or rapidly assembled, then connected to water and — if present — the grid. No wet trades, no weeks of construction.

    Off-grid from day one

    The PV envelope and storage bank are commissioned with the unit, so the building runs on its own energy from the first evening. Packaged houses deploy in about three minutes.

Which model is the largest?
By floor area: the F3 Breathwood Bower forest lodge at 69.6 m² and the F1 Light-Harbor Court at 64.5 m². Among capsules, the S2 Flowing Cloud offers 38.0 m²; the 40 ft expansion unit opens to 74.3 m².
Which has the most photovoltaic capacity?
The F1 forest lodge at 13.8 kWp, then the C2 tea-house pavilion at 11.47 kWp and the F3 lodge at 9.85 kWp. The Qatar-edition capsule carries 9.5 kWp.
What is the difference between the Qatar editions and the S-series?
The Qatar editions (capsule, office, RV) are the desert specification: 36.2 m² footprints, 7.8–9.5 kWp of desert-tone photovoltaic façade and a 30.72 kWh storage bank. The S-series are the international capsule range, 27.5–38.0 m² with 25.6 kWh storage.
How heavy are the units?
Between 2.5 t for a packaged house and 20 t for the F1 lodge; most capsules weigh 9.5–12 t. Weights are on every specification sheet for crane and transport planning.
Do the lodges have real wood outside?
Yes — anti-corrosion treated natural wood on the F-series, with wood-grain and stone-grain photovoltaic panels available so the roof generates without changing the look.
