The Zero-Carbon Packaged House 3 × 6 m is our fastest unit to deploy: a modular, foldable house with a single-unit dimension of 6 × 3 × 2.8 m (basic unit), 18.0 m² of building area and a weight of 2.5 t. Its two advantages are transport and speed — a standard 40 ft high-cube container carries up to 6 units, and on-site deployment and installation of a unit takes about 3 minutes.
The roof carries high-efficiency solar panels with a photovoltaic generation rating of 3,000 Wp, charging an energy storage capacity of 10.24 kWh (capacity optional). Construction specification: thick-walled steel main structure, metal carved panel exterior, heat-insulating aluminum profiles with double-layer tempered Low-E glass, SPC stone plastic flooring, a graphite EPS and bamboo-wood fibre composite ceiling, a smart entrance door and aluminum-wood composite doors.
As standard the house has whole-house smart lighting, light-blocking curtains, central air conditioning, a 40 L / 60 L water heater, a smart toilet with vanity and shower set and full-area graphene underfloor heating; refrigerator, washing machine and range hood are optional.
