The Zero-Carbon Expansion Unit · 20 ft is the smallest of our three fold-out units and fits a standard 20 ft container slot. Its core is a foldable modular structure designed to standard container dimensions: it folds like an accordion for storage in a container, is pulled out on site and expands horizontally into 37.17 m² of finished floor area; the structure itself allows flexible expansion from a compact 10 ft (about 3 m) up to 40 ft (about 12 m). Construction is the same across the family, to one specification list: thick-walled steel main structure, metal carved panel exterior, graphite EPS and bamboo-wood fibre composite panels, heat-insulating aluminum profiles with double-layer tempered Low-E glass, SPC stone plastic flooring, smart entrance door and aluminum-wood composite doors. Standard equipment: whole-house smart lighting, light-blocking curtains, central air conditioning, a 40 L / 60 L water heater, smart toilet with vanity and shower set, and full-area graphene underfloor heating; refrigerator, washing machine and range hood are optional. Installation on site: flat-pack, roof, floor, wall panels, expansion, complete. The 30 ft (56.34 m²) and 40 ft (74.3 m²) units share the same build.
