The Zero-Carbon Expansion Unit · 30 ft is the mid-size unit of the family: folded to standard container dimensions for transport, pulled out and expanded accordion-style on site into 56.34 m² of finished floor area, between the 20 ft (37.17 m²) and 40 ft (74.3 m²) units. Flexible expansion runs from a compact 10 ft (about 3 m) to 40 ft (about 12 m). The build is to the family's one specification list — a thick-walled steel main structure and metal carved panel exterior; graphite EPS and bamboo-wood fibre composite panels; heat-insulating aluminum profiles glazed with double-layer tempered Low-E glass; SPC stone plastic flooring; a smart entrance door; aluminum-wood composite doors. It is fitted as standard with whole-house smart lighting, light-blocking curtains, central air conditioning, a 40 L / 60 L water heater, a smart toilet with vanity and shower set and full-area graphene underfloor heating; a refrigerator, washing machine and range hood can be added. On-site installation runs flat-pack, roof, floor, wall panels, expansion, complete. It arrives finished, so the on-site work is expansion and connection, not construction.
