C4 Zero-Carbon Two-Storey Commercial Pavilion

C4 is the two-storey model of the commercial series: a two-level pavilion with retail below and a second level above. It addresses sites where floor area is needed on a small footprint — commercial streets, plazas and resort centres — while keeping the factory-built, movable character of the series. PV capacity and storage are sized per project and quoted on request; the single-storey C1 and C2 models are fitted with 25.6 kWh battery banks as a reference point. The energy management system stores daytime generation and manages peak and off-peak use, and consumption is visible in the smart-home app. Specification basis is the Commercial-series standard (as C1/C2), with unit dimensions, PV and storage per configuration. Envelope: thick-walled steel structure, polyurethane insulation, aluminum composite panel exterior, 110-series heat-insulating aluminum profiles with 6+9+6+9+6 triple-layer Low-E glass and double air chambers, carbon crystal interior wall panels and ceiling, SPC flooring. The commercial series uses cost-effective, market-verified materials and high-efficiency panels from our vertically integrated production system. Standard equipment: smart lighting, light-shielding curtains, wall-mounted air conditioning, 60 L water heater, smart toilet, vanity and shower set and graphene underfloor heating; refrigerator, washing machine and range hood optional. Delivered by container whole or as disassembled standardized components, combined on site like building blocks.
