C3 Zero-Carbon Retail Street Units

C3 is the retail-street configuration of the commercial series: standardized units placed side by side to form a row of shops, cafés and service counters along a street, promenade or plaza. Each unit is a self-contained building, so a row can open in stages and be re-arranged as tenancies change, each unit with its own shopfront. Each unit carries its own building-integrated PV and battery bank; PV capacity and storage are sized per unit configuration and quoted on request — sister models C1 and C2 carry 25.6 kWh banks. Generation is stored by day and used after dark, with peak and off-peak use managed automatically. The units are built to the Commercial-series standard specification (as C1/C2), with unit dimensions, PV and storage per configuration: thick-walled steel structure, polyurethane insulation, aluminum composite panel exterior, 110-series heat-insulating aluminum profiles with 6+9+6+9+6 triple-layer Low-E glass, carbon crystal interior wall panels and ceiling, and SPC flooring. Materials are cost-effective, market-verified products that keep the unit price competitive. Fit-out is completed in the factory — smart lighting, light-shielding curtains, wall-mounted air conditioning, 60 L water heater, sanitary set and graphene underfloor heating as standard; refrigerator, washing machine and range hood optional. Delivered by container whole or as standardized components, with only levelling and power connection on site.
