C1 Zero-Carbon Café Pavilion

C1 is the smallest and lightest unit in the commercial series: a 7.4 × 3.3 × 3.0 m pavilion with 24.42 m² of floor area at 8 t. It is sized for a café, coffee kiosk, juice bar or small retail point in a park, on a beachfront or at an event site, and moves between sites as the operator's programme changes. 5.65 kWp of customized bifacial double-glass silicon solar cell modules charge a 25.6 kWh battery bank (capacity optional), so the pavilion runs its lighting, wall-mounted air conditioning and equipment without a site power supply; the smart-home app shows consumption. The series uses high-efficiency panels from our vertically integrated production system to keep generation high and unit cost down. Construction: thick-walled steel structure, polyurethane insulation, aluminum composite panel exterior, 110-series heat-insulating aluminum profiles with 6+9+6+9+6 triple-layer Low-E glass and double air chambers, carbon crystal interior wall panels and ceiling, SPC flooring. Pipework, finishes and equipment are completed in the factory — smart lighting, light-shielding curtains, wall-mounted air conditioning, 60 L water heater, smart toilet, vanity and shower set and graphene underfloor heating as standard; refrigerator, washing machine and range hood optional. Delivered whole by container and hoist or as standardized components, with only levelling and power connection on site.
