F1 Light-Harbor Court Forest Lodge

F1 Light-Harbor Court is the flagship of the forest-lodge series: 10.0 × 6.5 × 5.0 m, 64.5 m² of floor area, 20 t, with the 5.0 m height allowing a loft bedroom over the living space. The series is designed for resorts, retreats and B&B operators who want accommodation that blends into the landscape. 13.8 kWp of customized bifacial double-glass silicon solar cell modules — the largest PV array of any model in our range — charge a 25.6 kWh battery bank (capacity optional). The lodge series adds rainwater collection and ecological drainage, and the smart-home system manages peak and off-peak use and shows consumption. The envelope is thick-walled steel with polyurethane insulation, clad in anti-corrosion treated wood; integrated solar panels come in wood-grain and stone-grain finishes so the building generates without changing its appearance. Glazing is 110-series heat-insulating aluminum with 6+9+6+9+6 triple-layer Low-E glass; interiors use anti-corrosion wood or bamboo fiber panels, SPC flooring and a bamboo fiber ceiling; all coatings use non-toxic formulas. Standard equipment: whole-house smart lighting, light-shielding curtains, central air conditioning, 60 L water heater, smart toilet, vanity and shower set, refrigerator, washing machine and range hood; full-coverage graphene underfloor heating is optional. Delivered by truck and hoisted into position.
