Zero-Carbon High-Spec Office · Qatar Edition

The High-Spec Office is the working-space version of our Qatar capsule platform: 11.3 × 3.1 × 3.2 m, 36.2 m² of floor area and a 10 t transport weight. It suits site management offices, sales suites, reception buildings and executive offices at remote or temporary locations without a grid connection. 7.8 kWp of customized double-glass silicon solar cell modules are built into the roof and façade, charging a 30.72 kWh battery bank (capacity optional). Stored energy carries lighting, central air conditioning and equipment through the working day and after dark; the smart-home app monitors consumption, and a grid connection can be added as optional backup. Construction follows the capsule standard: thick-walled steel structure, polyurethane thermal insulation, aluminum decorative exterior panels, 110-series heat-insulating aluminum profiles with 6+9+6+9+6 triple-layer Low-E glass, carbon crystal or aluminum interior wall panels, SPC flooring and an aluminum ceiling. The same envelope on the Qatar-edition capsule held about 26 °C indoors in 50 °C testing. Delivered fully finished with smart lighting, light-shielding curtains, a 60 L water heater, smart toilet, vanity and shower set and graphene underfloor heating; refrigerator, washing machine and range hood are optional. On site the unit is positioned by overall hoisting or rapid assembly and can be in use the same day.
