Zero-Carbon High-Spec Space Capsule · Qatar Edition

The Qatar Edition is the highest-capacity unit in our capsule range and the one engineered for Gulf conditions: a single 11.3 × 3.2 × 3.3 m module with 36.2 m² of finished floor area at a transport weight of 10 t. It is intended for desert camps, seaside resorts and heritage sites that want a furnished, self-powered suite delivered in one piece. The roof and façade carry 9.5 kWp of customized double-glass silicon solar cell modules in a sand-tone finish, charging a 30.72 kWh battery bank (other capacities on request). Daytime generation is stored for the night; the energy management system judges peak and off-peak periods and the smart-home app shows consumption and switches lighting and air conditioning. The envelope is a thick-walled hot-dip galvanized steel frame filled with a high-density polyurethane insulation layer and clad in fluororesin baking-paint coated aluminum panels; glazing is reinforced triple-layer Low-E glass with double air chambers in 110-series heat-insulating profiles. In testing the capsule held about 26 °C indoors with 50 °C outside. Interiors are complete on delivery — smart lighting, central air conditioning, a 60 L water heater, smart toilet, vanity and shower set, graphene underfloor heating, light-shielding curtains, SPC flooring and an aluminum ceiling. Delivered by truck, placed by overall hoisting or rapid assembly, ready for use on arrival.
