M1 Moon-Mooring Boat Space Capsule (M-series)

M1 Moon-Mooring Boat is the entry model of the M-series, a capsule platform built in three lengths on one design: M1 at 26.7 m², M2 at 36.5 m² and M3 at 51.8 m². The floor plans grow in length only, so a project can mix the three sizes with a consistent exterior. The M-series carries customized bifacial double-glass silicon solar cell modules integrated into the envelope, charging an on-board battery bank; PV and storage capacities are sized per model and quoted on request. As on every capsule, generation is stored during the day, peak and off-peak use is managed automatically and the whole-house smart-home app shows consumption and controls lighting and air conditioning. Construction is the capsule standard: thick-walled steel structure, polyurethane insulation, aluminum decorative exterior panels, 110-series heat-insulating aluminum profiles with 6+9+6+9+6 triple-layer Low-E glass, carbon crystal / aluminum interior wall panels, SPC flooring and an aluminum ceiling. Standard equipment: whole-house smart lighting, light-shielding curtains, central air conditioning, 60 L water heater, smart toilet, vanity and shower set and full-coverage graphene underfloor heating; refrigerator, washing machine and range hood optional. Installed by hoisting and connection.
