S1 Bright Star Space Capsule

S1 Bright Star is the compact standard capsule: 9.3 × 3.3 × 3.3 m, 27.5 m² of floor area, 10 t. It works as a single guest suite for resorts and farms, a staff or site accommodation unit, or a private studio — and because the modular design supports multi-unit splicing, several S1 units can be combined into a larger plan. 6.0 kWp of customized double-glass silicon solar cell modules on the envelope charge a 25.6 kWh battery bank (capacity optional). Generation is stored by day and used at night, with peak and off-peak periods managed automatically and the whole-house smart-home system visualising consumption and controlling lighting and air conditioning. The structure is thick-walled steel with a polyurethane insulation layer and aluminum decorative exterior panels; glazing is 6+9+6+9+6 triple-layer Low-E glass with double air chambers in 110-series heat-insulating aluminum profiles; interior wall panels are carbon crystal or aluminum single panel, with SPC flooring and an aluminum ceiling. Delivered complete with whole-house smart lighting, light-shielding curtains, central air conditioning, a 60 L water heater, smart toilet, vanity and shower set and full-coverage graphene underfloor heating; refrigerator, washing machine and range hood are optional. On site the unit needs only hoisting and connection.
