S3 Polaris Space Capsule

S3 Polaris is the shortest capsule in the S-series at 8.5 × 3.3 × 3.3 m, giving 28 m² of floor area at 10 t. The compact footprint suits tight resort plots, courtyard placements and multi-unit clusters where several capsules are arranged around shared facilities. The unit is built at our Jiangsu base with a white shell and dark glazing. The envelope carries 5.27 kWp of customized bifacial double-glass silicon solar cell modules charging a 25.6 kWh battery bank (capacity optional). Stored energy runs the capsule after dark; the energy management system handles peak and off-peak periods and the smart-home app visualises consumption and controls lighting and air conditioning. Construction is the capsule standard: thick-walled steel structure, polyurethane insulation, aluminum decorative panels, 110-series heat-insulating aluminum profiles with triple-layer Low-E glazing and double air chambers, carbon crystal / aluminum interior wall panels, SPC flooring and an aluminum ceiling. Fitted as standard with whole-house smart lighting, light-shielding curtains, central air conditioning, a 60 L water heater, smart toilet, vanity and shower set and full-coverage graphene underfloor heating; refrigerator, washing machine and range hood are optional. Installation by overall hoisting or rapid assembly.
