The lineup

23 models. One rule: every roof is a power station.

From 18 m² to 74.3 m² of finished floor space, with 3 to 13.8 kWp of building-integrated photovoltaics and 25.6–30.72 kWh of storage on the capsule, lodge and pavilion ranges. Every model arrives factory-finished — lighting, air conditioning, underfloor heating and sanitary ware installed.

How it works

Daylight in, a running building out — no grid required.

The photovoltaic envelope is the building material itself: roof, façade or curtain wall. It charges a lithium bank through an energy-storage inverter; an energy management system decides, minute by minute, what runs from the sun, what runs from storage and — where a grid exists — what is exported.

Daytime

The PV envelope covers the building's loads directly; the surplus charges the storage bank. Peak-and-valley logic prioritises self-consumption so bought electricity stays at zero where the unit is off-grid.

Night and dust storms

The storage bank carries lighting, air conditioning and appliances until the next sunrise. Capacity is optional per model — 25.6 kWh standard, 30.72 kWh on the Qatar editions — and can be specified larger.

One app for the whole unit

Lighting, curtains, air conditioning and the energy system are controlled from one mobile app that also shows generation, consumption and state of charge in real time.

From factory to first night

Finished where quality is controllable. Installed where you need it.

Every unit is completed on the production line — structure, insulation, glazing, wiring, sanitary fit-out and the energy system — so site work shrinks to lifting and connecting.

  1. Step 1

    Factory-finished module

Thick-walled hot-dip galvanized steel frame, polyurethane insulation, aluminium or wood envelope, Low-E glazing and the full interior are completed under one quality system.

    Standardised quality, unit after unit
  2. Step 2

    Truck or container

Capsules and lodges travel as complete units by truck. Expansion units fold to container dimensions; packaged houses ship six to a 40 ft high-cube container.

6 packaged houses per 40 ft HC
  3. Step 3

    Hoist and connect

On site the unit is lifted into position or rapidly assembled, then connected to water and — if present — the grid. No wet trades, no weeks of construction.

    In use the same day
  4. Step 4

    Off-grid from day one

The PV envelope and storage bank are commissioned with the unit, so the building runs on its own energy from the first evening. Packaged houses deploy in about three minutes.

    Packaged house: ~3 minutes

What would your roof generate in Doha?

Pick a model. The panel converts its photovoltaic capacity into an indicative annual yield for Doha and the emissions that generation displaces. Both assumptions are on the sliders — change them to match your site.

Specific yield1,750 kWh/kWp·yr

Typical Doha figures for a well-placed array fall around 1,700–1,800 kWh per kWp per year; soiling and shading lower it.

Our approach

The future outlined by zero-carbon buildings

Al Sama Oasis is a Doha company. From Building 447, Street 21, Zone 81 in the New Industrial Area we supply, install and support zero-carbon mobile buildings and photovoltaic and energy storage systems for Qatar and the Gulf — desert camps, seaside resorts, industrial zones, public buildings and private estates. The mobile-building programme covers 23 models: the Qatar-edition capsule, office and RV; the S- and M-series space capsules; the F-series forest lodges; the C-series commercial pavilions; the A-series cabins; the 20, 30 and 40 ft expansion units; and the packaged house. Each is finished in the factory with its own building-integrated PV, battery bank and smart-home system, and is placed by hoisting or rapid assembly. The Qatar-edition capsule held about 26 °C indoors in 50 °C testing, behind a desert-yellow custom PV façade. Our modules come from our own Jinzhou base in Liaoning: a vertically integrated PV manufacturer running from monocrystalline ingots through wafers and cells to finished modules and power stations, with an annual module capacity of 20 GW and production bases in Jinzhou, Xining, Qujing and Yancheng. The base has been the largest OEM module manufacturer for Sharp Japan for eight consecutive years, was the main supplier of double-glass bifacial modules to the 2018 national Top Runner base, and is a vice-president unit of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association. Its engineering rests on continuous R&D: 280+ authorized patents, 48 science-and-technology awards, a CNAS-accredited laboratory and an N-type roadmap — TOPCon modules above 22.95 % efficiency and 700 W+, heterojunction (HJT), and back-contact (BC) cells toward 750 W+ — that supplies the utility, commercial, residential and specialty-climate modules in our catalogue. Building-integrated photovoltaics and the mobile buildings themselves are made at our Jiangsu base in Jianhu, Yancheng: a dedicated BIPV production line, a crystalline-silicon module laboratory and a self-developed smart O&M platform, with 200+ product types, 100+ clients and 50+ qualifications and honours, including National High-Tech Enterprise, Provincial Specialized & Innovative Enterprise and Provincial Private Technology Enterprise status. Its research covers BIPV product testing, zero-carbon building standards and digitalisation, and building-sector carbon reduction and CCUS. That base has delivered more than 80 PV and BIPV projects listed publicly — from the 1.519 MW stone-like façade of the Jianhu Financial Tower and the five-system Xifuhe zero-carbon park to solar carports for county government, hospitals and schools, and the 11.8 MW rooftop array across our Jinzhou park — the same design, manufacturing, construction and O&M chain we bring to projects in Qatar.

Questions we hear first

Straight answers, from the specification sheets.

If your question is not here, the Doha team answers within one business day.

How long does installation take?
The unit arrives factory-finished. It is hoisted into position or rapidly assembled, connected to water and, if present, the grid, and can be put into use on the same day with only basic installation. Packaged houses deploy in about three minutes per unit.
Does it need a grid connection?
No. Every capsule, lodge and pavilion model ships with a photovoltaic envelope and a battery bank (25.6 kWh standard; 30.72 kWh on the Qatar editions, capacity optional); expansion units and packaged houses are specified per order. Where a grid exists it can be used as a backup and for export; where it does not, the building runs independently.
Will it stay cool in a Qatar summer?
The Qatar editions use a thick-walled hot-dip galvanized steel frame, high-density polyurethane insulation, 110-series heat-insulating aluminium profiles with 6+9+6+9+6 triple Low-E glazing and central air conditioning. The Qatar-edition capsule keeps an interior of about 26 °C at 50 °C outside.
Can I combine several units?
Yes. The modular design supports single-unit use and multi-unit splicing; resorts and camps typically run several capsules or lodges as a cluster. Expansion units fold out from 10 ft to 40 ft; packaged houses join side by side.
Can the exterior, colour and layout be customised?
Yes. Photovoltaic building materials are available in solid colours, stone-veneer and wood-grain finishes; interiors, layouts and equipment lists are configured per order. Colour, size and power of the BIPV modules are customisable.
What comes as standard inside?
Whole-house smart lighting, light-shielding curtains, air conditioning, a 60 L water heater, smart toilet, vanity and shower set, and full-coverage graphene underfloor heating. Refrigerator, washing machine and range hood are optional on most models.
How is it transported?
Capsules, lodges and pavilions travel as complete units by truck or in containers. Expansion units fold like an accordion to standard container dimensions. A 40 ft high-cube container holds six packaged houses.
Who manufactures the units?
Our own bases in China: photovoltaic modules from the vertically integrated base in Jinzhou, BIPV materials and the buildings themselves from the BIPV base in Jianhu, Yancheng. The Doha team handles specification, shipping and installation in Qatar.
