Wood-Grain BIPV Module · 75 W

A crystalline BIPV glass module finished in a wood-grain pattern so that a façade, fence or roof reads as timber while generating electricity. The standard format is 1200 × 589 × 8 mm at 24 ± 1 kg, with 36 cells of 182 × 91 mm behind 3.2 mm low-iron tempered glass and PVB encapsulation; the wood-grain XYGPV-CW31/36X delivers 75 W, and a CW32/36X variant is offered. Rated at Vmp 12.1 V / Imp 6.4 A and Voc 15.7 V / Isc 6.6 A, the module is designed for 1500 V systems, operates from -40 to +80 °C and carries a 5400 Pa front / 2400 Pa rear static load rating with an IP67-or-better junction box. NOCT is 45 ± 2 °C and the Pmax temperature coefficient -0.348 %/°C. Colour, size and power are customizable, so the same platform is produced in stone-veneer and solid-colour finishes and in project-specific formats. The module is made on the dedicated BIPV production line at our Jiangsu base; our forest-lodge series specifies wood-grain and stone-grain solar panels for its envelope.
