Stone-Veneer BIPV Module Series

The stone-veneer series applies marble, granite and slate patterns to the crystalline BIPV glass module, so a curtain wall, plinth or parapet keeps the look of stone cladding while generating. It is built on the same 36-cell, 1200 × 589 mm platform as the 75 W wood-grain module. Glass options include ultra-clear embossed or float glass, glazed glass and 3D-printed glass. The design is developed against both building and photovoltaic standards — fire protection, waterproofing and heat dissipation of the building component — for each application scenario, and colour, size and power are customizable. Stone-like BIPV façades of this type are used on our 1.519 MW Jianhu Financial Tower project, where coloured crystalline and CdTe thin-film modules are combined with a crystalline double-glass array (see case studies).
