Utility Bifacial Module · 630 W (High-Density)

The Utility Bifacial Module · 630 W (High-Density) is a rectangular utility module designed around the shipping container: its format reaches up to 98.5% container utilisation, which cuts the transport cost per watt for projects supplied from our China base to Qatar, the Gulf and MENA. Power range is 615–630 W with a 0~+3% tolerance and a maximum efficiency of 23.3%. Its N-type bifacial cells are monocrystalline half-cut cells on the M10 / G12 / G12R platform, with LID ≤0.1% and LeTID below 3%. A white embossed glazed rear glass gives the module a bifaciality of 80±5%, and dual-glass construction is available. The temperature coefficient of power is -0.28%/°C, so output loss in Gulf heat stays limited. Standard load ratings are 5400 Pa (snow) and 2400 Pa (wind); the extreme ratings are 6000 Pa and 3000 Pa. It mounts on our ground brackets (flat surfaces up to 5°, no drilling) or concrete-roof aluminum alloy brackets, with TUV PV1-F / H1Z2Z2-K DC cable.
