Ultra-Light Flexible Module · 525 W

The Ultra-Light Flexible Module · 525 W is a flexible monocrystalline half-cut module: it weighs 10 kg and bends to a radius of 0.5 m or more, so it can follow a curved roof, a shade structure or a lightweight steel deck. Power range is 510–525 W with a 0~+3% tolerance and a maximum efficiency of 19.6% — lower than our rigid modules, traded for weight and flexibility. It needs no racking and no roof penetration, which makes it a quick-install option for curved roofs, special structures and C&I roofs with limited load reserve, and a way to add generation to a building envelope without changing its profile — the same building-integrated approach our BIPV work takes with roofs, façades, railings and sunshades. It connects through our TUV PV1-F / H1Z2Z2-K DC cable to the same inverters as the rest of the range. For residences, cabins and small commercial buildings it is paired with 10–30 kWh of storage; for larger BIPV projects with 50–500 kWh.
