Our largest building-integrated PV installation: 10.84 MW across the roofs of the Jianhu Yueyang Phase II industrial development. The array uses 26,236 modules in three power classes — 380, 435 and 445 Wp — and generates about 11,924,000 kWh a year, avoiding around 11,888 t of CO2 annually.
At this scale a BIPV roof is a power station: the module layer is the roof covering of every building in the phase, generating over the industrial buildings beneath it. Three module classes were used to fit the different roof geometries across the development.
Delivered by our Jiangsu BIPV base in Jianhu, Yancheng, which also lists Yueyang Phase I among its BIPV projects.
