A 4,342.14 kW building-integrated PV roof on the Yancheng Gaoce New Energy Technology plant in Jianhu: 8,041 modules at 540 Wp form the roof covering of the factory buildings, generating about 4,776,400 kWh a year and avoiding around 4,762.02 t of CO2 annually. An industrial roof of this size is the classic case for BIPV — the module layer replaces the roofing sheet over a large, flat, continuously occupied building, and the daytime generation matches the factory's own working hours. The installation was designed and built as part of the building rather than added afterwards. Delivered by our Jiangsu BIPV base in Jianhu, Yancheng.
