A 336.96 kW building-integrated PV carport at the Jianhu County Finance Bureau: 624 monocrystalline double-glass modules at 540 Wp form the canopy, generating about 370,700 kWh a year and avoiding around 369.5 t of CO2 annually.
The carport turns an existing surface car park into a generating roof without taking any additional land — the module is the canopy, shading the vehicles and shedding rain. It is one of a county-wide series of BIPV carports for public buildings in Jianhu, alongside the County Government, the People's Hospital and the Science & Innovation Tower.
