Ballast Mounting Bracket
One-piece ballast bracket, quick to install — aging-, damp-heat- and corrosion-resistant, 25-year life, 10-year warranty.
The Ballast Mounting Bracket holds modules on a flat roof by weight alone. It is an integrated design, so installation is quick and nothing is drilled into the roof — the choice for waterproofed flat roofs, leased buildings and any roof whose owner will not accept penetrations.
The bracket is made from a proprietary material formula that is aging-resistant, damp-heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, which matters on a Gulf roof that sees high temperature, high humidity and salt-laden air for most of the year. A reinforced structure and connectors give strong wind resistance for exposed roofs. It is rated for a 25-year service life and carries a 10-year product warranty.
It is the flat-roof option for our residential modules (460 W, 510 W, all-black 440 W) and, on dusty or coastal sites, for the Anti-Soiling 600 W and Marine Anti-Corrosion 630 W modules. The array is wired with TUV PV1-F / H1Z2Z2-K DC cable.
