Grid-Tied & Off-Grid Integrated PV Storage System · 100–500 kWh

An integrated grid-tied and off-grid PV storage system for factories, farms, camps and other high-load sites, supplied in the 100–500 kWh class for industrial and commercial use (a 10–30 kWh class covers zero-carbon mobile buildings). It is built for off-grid PV storage scenarios as well as grid-connected operation, with switching between the two. The system consists of three parts: a PV storage converter system integrating the off-grid PV storage converter and system power distribution; a battery system integrating the batteries, air conditioning, BMS, EMS and fire-fighting equipment; and an off-grid switching system with STS static transfer switch modules, changeover switches and a control and protection system. All cabinets are rated IP54 for outdoor installation. In operation, surplus PV power is stored during the day and released at peak demand or during outages, flattening peak-valley electricity price differences and keeping equipment running. Our C&I solutions pair this storage with large rooftop PV on colour steel tile or concrete roofs to reduce energy costs by over 30 %.
