An 89.1 kW rooftop PV system on the Hengji Town Central Primary School in Jianhu: 165 modules at 540 Wp mounted over the school roof, generating about 98,000 kWh a year and avoiding around 97.7 t of CO2 annually.
A school is a daytime building, so its classrooms, lighting and air conditioning draw power exactly when the roof generates. The installation is building-applied (BAPV) on the existing roof. It is one of a group of public and community buildings in our Jiangsu project list — the High-Tech Zone kindergarten, village community centres in Lugou, Hengji and the High-Tech Zone, and elderly-care centres in Jiulongkou and the High-Tech Zone.
Delivered by our Jiangsu base in Jianhu, Yancheng.
